The sun died a little that day
the earth stood gasping in the dark
the light source gone
till shuddering, it flicked back on
The temple rent it's Vail
while scattered whispers
questioned, "Did He fail?"
and thundering silence
blanketed the dawn.
beautiful, jacquelyn.
