The pastor was talking about what the gospel is, and that it is about what Christ has done on our behalf (in contrast to the "do-do" teachings of false gospels.
Zak was encouraged to draw a picture of what Christ has done for us, and this is it!
I know he was paying attention while drawing, too, cuz Pastor Tim kept saying "It's not what you do do DO! But what Christ has done." And at one point, he made it sound very much like the product of soiled diaper, and Zak laughed.
Anyways, I am so proud of my little boy's drawing skills, but I am more proud of the fact that at 6 years old he has a clear image of the suffering Christ endured on our behalf - for the just payment of our sins.
